Electric Tunnel Thruster
Electric motor-driven bow/stern tunnel thruster with fixed or controllable pitch propeller, sealed motor and overload, overheat and short-circuit protection; built to ABS, DNV and CCS standards.
Description
The Electric Tunnel Thruster is installed in a transverse tunnel at the bow or stern and uses a waterproof electric motor to drive the propeller, producing bidirectional lateral thrust for docking, berthing and narrow-channel navigation.

- Fully sealed waterproof drive motor and sealed control module
- Fixed-pitch or controllable-pitch propeller with increased tip clearance to limit cavitation and paint erosion
- Tunnel body in corrosion-resistant marine alloy
- Shock-absorbing mounts
