Description
The Barge Azimuth Thruster from Misea Marine is a 360° rotatable propulsion and steering unit designed for barges and inland marine work vessels. It combines propeller thrust and full-circle direction control in one compact unit, replacing separate propulsion and rudder arrangements.

- Streamlined pod with drive motor, transmission, 360° rotating mechanism, propeller and sealed shell
- More compact and lighter than ocean-going azimuth thrusters, to suit barge installation space and load capacity
- Strengthened for shallow water and collision resistance
- Sealed shell keeps out sediment, algae and corrosive substances; low-noise propeller
