Marine Retractable Bow Thruster
Bow thruster that extends from the hull for operation and retracts into a sealed hull cavity when idle, removing cruising drag. Electro-hydraulic lift, bevel gear drive, stainless/bronze parts.
Description
The Marine Retractable Bow Thruster extends out of the hull to deliver lateral thrust and retracts fully into a hull cavity when not in use, with the opening closed by a waterproof cover. This removes the drag of a fixed thruster during cruising and avoids protrusion damage in shallow water.
