LowNoise Tunnel Thrusters
Resiliently mounted, full-length double-tunnel thrusters delivering 11-15 dB(A) noise reduction, supplied complete from factory. Models FU 37 to FU 100, 1,000-2,750 mm propeller diameter, 100-2,300 kW.
Description
Brunvoll LowNoise Tunnel Thrusters are resiliently mounted, full-length double-tunnel thrusters designed to cut noise in adjacent cabins. Typical cabin noise next to conventional tunnel thrusters is 75-88 dB(A); the LowNoise design reduces this by 11-15 dB(A), and reductions of 20-25 dB(A) have been verified when combined with other measures.
