Description
Yamaha's propellers for bass, bay and flats boats are stainless-steel props tuned for high-speed hulls, high engine mounting heights and jack plates.
Models
- V MAX SHO: ventless three-blade with single-inch pitches for the V MAX SHO four-stroke
- Pro Series: three-blade for single-outboard boats needing bow lift
- Talon SS4: four-blade for stronger hole shot; F70 to VF115, T50/T60 K-series (4.25 in.) gearcases; SDS
- Performance XT: large, long blades for older, heavier bass boats with jack plates; lower pitches for pontoons, F150 and up
- Saltwater Series II HP: boosts top speed on light center consoles and flats/bay boats; V6 F200–F300
- Turbo FXP: for light, high-performance boats with V MAX SHO
- Turbo Lightning: thick blades for older, heavier bass and flats boats
- Turbo TXP / TXP OT4: aggressive pitch and cup for high-speed use with high mounting or hydraulic jack plate; versions with adjustable ventilation ports
- Turbo Ultima 4: four-blade for V6 offshore outboards at high mounting height; stern lift for bay and flats boats
Shift Dampener System
Yamaha's patented Shift Dampener System (SDS) absorbs the forces, noise and vibration of gear shifts for smoother, quieter shifting when cruising, docking and fishing.
