Everllence Maintenance / Service Agreement Enhanced
Propeller Maintenance Concept (PMC)
Planned maintenance packages for CP propeller systems with class-recommended five- or ten-year inspections and overhauls aligned with dockings, plus a propeller reliability spare parts package.
Description
The Everllence Propeller Maintenance Concept (PMC) provides planned maintenance for controllable pitch propeller systems, with class-recommended five- or ten-year inspections and service overhauls aligned with docking periods, aimed at avoiding failures and emergency dockings.
Scope
- Pre-docking status review; contact recommended five to six months before dry-docking
- Individually tailored concepts for the installed propeller system
- Propeller reliability package of spare parts kits to the maker's recommendation for operation between dockings
- Delivery of high-demand spare parts within 24 hours
- Work by PMC-certified superintendents trained at PrimeServ Academy
- Possible technical design updates as retrofits
Versions are available for VBS and VB propellers; related concepts cover gears (GMC) and remote control systems (RMC).
