Custom-engineered and modified exhaust silencers for generator engines, optimised for backpressure limits and noise spectrum, with options for dimensions, connections, materials and insulation.
Description
Nett Technologies designs custom generator silencers and modifies its standard silencer line to produce engine-specific solutions. Designs are based on engine data such as backpressure limits and noise spectrum, and are developed through engineering modelling, analysis, testing and validation.
Silencer modification options
- Changed inlet/outlet dimensions, offsets and configurations (flanged, slip-on, pipe)
- Material choice: steel or stainless steel
- Added insulation
- Finish options: paint colour, embossing, nameplates and private branding
