GEA Westfalia BilgeMaster cleandesign
GEA Westfalia BilgeMaster centrifugal bilge water separator, chemical-free, IMO MEPC.107(49) certified, 15 ppm or 5 ppm with filter, in sizes from 200 to 5000 l/h.
Description
The GEA Westfalia BilgeMaster cleandesign is a centrifugal oily water separator for de-oiling bilge water on ships and rigs before discharge. It is built from modules assembled into a complete unit (or supplied individually) to fit restricted spaces, for newbuilds and retrofits including replacement of older bilge separators.

- Five unit sizes between 200 and 5000 l/h (BilgeMaster F series 200, 500, 1200, 2500, 5000)
- 15 ppm without filter; 5 ppm with filter; optional GEA SafetyMaster
- Also E series (400-5000) and D series (750-7000)
- Compatible oil content monitors include Deckma OMD-2005 / OMD-24, Rivertrace Smart Cell and TD-107
