Servogear Reduction Gearboxes for CPP Systems

Servogear gearboxes are reduction gearboxes supplied as an integrated part of the Servogear controllable pitch propeller (CPP) system, the Ecoflow Propulsor™. The design is particularly suited to installations where space is limited.

Configurations

• H-gear: standard configuration, recommended where space allows
• U-gear: best solution where space is limited
• PTI-gear: most flexible; the propeller can run optimally on one or two engines, ideal for catamaran hulls

• HD220: H- or U-gear; H-gear freestanding or flanged to the engine via SAE 1 flange; one or two primary-driven non-clutchable PTO drives, max 2 x 910 Nm; ratios 2.148:1, 2.609:1, 2.952:1
• HD250: H-, U- or PTI-gear; H drive freestanding or SAE 1 flanged; primary-driven non-clutchable PTO pump max 420 Nm (H and U); ratios 2.16:1, 2.63:1
• HD295: H-, U- or PTI-gear; special upside-down H-gear and PTI hybrid versions adapted for SWATH vessels; H-gear freestanding only; PTO pump max 420 Nm; ratios 3.3:1, 4.2:1
• HD450: H-, U- or PTI-gear; ratio 5.0:1

Hybrid gearbox

• Plug-in hybrid solution with the same footprint as the HD220
• Max input 900 kW @ 2250 rpm
• PTO with clutch
• Lightweight AL-7075-T6 casing
