Description
Refurbished Centrifuges from Separator Spares & Equipment are reconditioned high-speed vertical disc stack separators from major makers, including Alfa Laval and GEA Westfalia, for fuel, lube oil and other separation duties.
Reconditioning process
- Complete dismantling, inspection and cleaning
- Spindles, worm wheels, electric motors, bearings, O-rings and seals checked and replaced with new parts where needed
- Bowl tolerances checked and bowl balanced
- Full test run at the Houma, Louisiana facility
- 180-day warranty on each separator

Maintenance note
Each high-speed separator should receive at least some level of service every 8,000 operating hours or every 12 months.
