Description
JinYe Propeller manufactures Fixed Pitch Propellers (FPP) for commercial vessels, workboats, passenger vessels, offshore applications and retrofit projects. Each propeller is matched to the vessel's hull, engine power, shaft speed and operating profile, giving a mechanically simple propulsion solution with low maintenance needs.

- Vessel-specific hydrodynamic design supported by CFD analysis
- Ni-Al Bronze materials such as Cu3 for strength, seawater corrosion resistance and cavitation-wear resistance
- Customizable diameter, blade number, pitch, blade area ratio, hub dimensions and rotation direction
- Design support from a ship research institute partnership since 2013; for selected projects, design by CSSC's 702 Research Institute with JinYe manufacturing

- Material composition analysis and testing
- Blade profile inspection, balancing and surface finishing
- Final inspection including applicable non-destructive testing
- Drawings and technical documentation coordinated for classification requirements
