Description
JinYe Propeller supplies custom CPP components for controllable pitch propeller systems, manufactured to customer drawings and matched to the specific propulsion arrangement. CPP systems let the vessel adjust thrust by changing blade pitch rather than relying only on engine speed, improving maneuverability and operation under variable conditions.
Components
- CPP hub body: central structure housing the internal pitch-changing mechanism, made to required dimensions and interfaces
- Blade carrier: connects blades to the hub mechanism and supports pitch adjustment
- Adjustable and variable pitch hubs: for replacement and project-specific applications
- Custom propeller blades: geometry developed from customer drawings and technical specifications

- Marine-grade Ni-Al Bronze for strength and seawater corrosion resistance
- Precision casting and machining with material testing
