Hanwha Engine's EPS & Hybrid solutions combine full-electric, zero-emission battery propulsion with engine-based hybrid systems, managed by real-time smart control of batteries, inverters and motors.

- Full electric propulsion – 100% battery-electric propulsion with high-efficiency electric motors for short and medium-range vessels such as urban passenger ships, ferries and work boats; zero emissions and reduced noise and vibration
- Hybrid EPS with ESS – electricity generated by engines combined with energy storage, with real-time energy flow control, for long-range vessels such as large cargo ships, tankers and LNG carriers
