Centek Exhaust Environmental Systems (Xeamos, Bilge-Kleen)

Centek Marine's Environmental Systems cover exhaust after-treatment and bilge water filtration for vessels. Centek is the exclusive authorized distributor of Xeamos emission reduction systems in the United States and the Caribbean, and also offers its own Gen-Kleen, Bilge-Kleen and Dual Bilge-Kleen products.

Xeamos after-treatment systems

Diesel particulate filters (DPF), selective catalytic reduction (SCR) and hybrid systems reducing NOx, soot and CO:

• MPAT Propulsion System – after-treatment allowing diesel engines to meet EU Stage V
• Zero NOx-RB – IMO Tier III solution for propulsion and auxiliary engines under 850 kW; wet or dry exhaust, tolerates high back pressure
• Zero NOx – flexible SCR DeNOx systems to meet or exceed IMO Tier III
• Zero NOx Custom Airless SCR – compact SCR for propulsion engines of 700–2000 kW on 30–50 m vessels
• Zero Soot EHS – DPF with electric heater for auxiliary engines up to 250 kW; catalytic coating reduces HC and CO; wet or dry exhaust
• Zero Soot FB – fuel-burner regenerated DPF for auxiliary engines in confined spaces, with catalytic coating and automatic safety bypass

Bilge-Kleen

Patented bilge water filter that removes oil, gasoline, diesel and other hydrocarbons before overboard discharge, eliminating 99.9% of hydrocarbon pollutants with no added pressure on the bilge pump.

Applications

Yachts and commercial vessels, including yachts over 500 GT (keel laid after 1 January 2016) operating in North American and Caribbean NOx Emission Control Areas under IMO Tier III.
