Vernatone, the original FRP water-cooled marine inline muffler family: Vernaski, Minimax, Marlin, Oval, Round and MK II versions with 10–30 dB attenuation for gas and diesel inboards.
Description
Vernatone® is Centek Marine's family of FRP water-cooled inline marine mufflers, in use for over 60 years. It comprises eight basic products with hundreds of variations in length, width, height, inlets and outlets to suit specific engines and installation locations.
Versions
- Vernaski – 15–18 dB; gas engines only; suited to ski boats; above waterline only; Lloyd's approved
- Minimax – 10–12 dB; gas or diesel; suited to small installations such as V-drives; above waterline only
- Marlin – space-saving series from 5 in upward for gas and diesel, custom sizes available; ABS certified and Lloyd's Register type approved
- Vernatone Oval – 15–18 dB; gas or diesel; above waterline only
- Vernatone Round – 15–18 dB; gas or diesel; above waterline only; Lloyd's approved
- MK II Round / MK II Oval – 22–28 dB; gas or diesel; above waterline only; Lloyd's approved
- MK II Dual Stage – 25–30 dB; gas or diesel; above waterline only; Lloyd's approved
