Description
OnCare.Health ACIDA is a customized, fully integrated torque and vibration monitoring system for condition-based maintenance, field measurements and troubleshooting of drive trains. Applications listed include ships as well as rolling mills, power plants, wind turbines and other heavy machinery.
System components
- OnCare.Health ACIDA monitoring systems with multi-sensor signal recording and automated diagnostics
- OnSens.Torque sensors mounted on existing drive shafts and spindles
- Acceleration sensors for continuous vibration monitoring in harsh environments
- Multifunctional signal conditioning unit for vibration analysis
Key features
- Torque sensors for loads from 1 Nm and shafts up to 1500 mm (60 inch) diameter
- Speed and angle-of-torsion transducers using the pulse sequences of existing flange joints
- Vibration monitoring of gears, rolling bearings and drive trains
- Operational measurements with continuous recording of torque, forces, stress, strain, vibration and temperature for periods from a few hours to several months
