Description
LiqTech supplies the membrane-based scrubber water treatment system that serves as the key component for converting an open-loop scrubber to closed-loop or hybrid operation. The system removes unburned fuel oil, soot, ash and heavy metals from scrubber wash water so vessels can comply with IMO discharge limits and operate where open-loop discharge is banned.
