GEA Westfalia OTC 10 solid-wall-bowl disc separator with heavy and light phase pressure discharge for fuel, lube and hydraulic oils; GO/MDO 5,980 l/h, MDO 4,600 l/h.
Description
GEA Westfalia OTC 10-01-037 is a disc stack separator with a solid-wall bowl for clarification of liquids or purification of liquid mixtures with simultaneous solids removal. Product enters the rotating bowl and is separated in the disc stack; the light and heavy liquid phases flow over the separating disc and are both discharged under pressure by centripetal pumps. Solids collect in the solids holding space and are removed by hand.
Design
- Enclosed design with oil level sight glass and hinged hood
- 3-phase AC motor with flat belt drive to the bowl spindle; all bearings splash-lubricated from a central oil bath
- Light weight and low noise; easy conversion into a clarifier

- Hood: grey cast iron (stainless steel hood optional)
- Gaskets: NBR

- Suitable for fuel and lube oils, cooling lubricants, washing liquids, oil-water mixtures, hydraulic, diesel, turbine and waste oils (throughput varies with temperature and viscosity)
