Description
The GEA Westfalia OSE eagleclass is a self-cleaning disc-bowl centrifugal separator for clarification and purification in fuel oil and lube oil treatment plants. The enclosed design meets the requirements of the classification societies; Separator Spares & Equipment supplies the machines, spare parts and service as an authorized GEA Westfalia distributor.

- GEA softstream inlet for gentle product treatment and higher separating efficiency
- Patented hydrostop system for controlled bowl ejections at full operating speed
- Self-monitoring WMS/SMS single-stage control (UnitrolPlus) with monitoring inside the bowl
- Driven by 3-phase AC motor via centrifugal clutch and flat belt; splash-lubricated bearings from a central oil bath
- Clean oil discharged under pressure by centripetal pump; closed-line feed by separate pump
- Hinged hood, graphic touch-screen display, new bowl top/lock ring and operating water valve design
- Separate operating water outlet, keeping operating water out of the sludge tank
Technical data
- Fuel oil density: up to 1.01 g/ml (versions without regulating rings) or up to 0.991 g/ml (versions with regulating rings for the heavy phase)
- E-type models: OSE 5/3 through OSE 120/120
- Replaces the earlier D-type OSD 18 and OSD 35 series
