GEA Westfalia Marine Separators

GEA Westfalia separators use disc stack technology to separate liquid-liquid, liquid-liquid-solid and liquid-solid mixtures. In marine service they treat fuel, lube and hydraulic oil, bilge water, EGR wash water, scrubber water and slop water, and are also used for heat recovery and fresh water generation. Drive options include gear, belt, direct and integrated direct drive; solids discharge can be manual (solid bowl), self-cleaning or continuous (nozzle). Separator Spares & Equipment is an authorized GEA Westfalia distributor for the US Gulf Coast region.

• Residual oil content below 15 ppm without additional filters; below 5 ppm with optional adsorption filter
• Overboard valve monitoring with GEA SafetyMaster; MTP-ready
• Models: 200 (200 l/h @ 60°C), 600 (600 l/h @ 85°C), 1200 (1,200 l/h @ 85°C), 2500 (2,500 l/h @ 85°C), 5000 (5,000 l/h @ 85°C)

EGR wash water treatment

• Purifies EGR bleed-off water for overboard discharge per IMO MEPC.307(73) and, where required, MEPC.259(68)
• Automatic sludge handling and direct drive
• Models: NOx Separator 2500, 5000 and 10000 (up to 10,000 l/h)

GEA bilgEGR solution

• Treats oily bilge water and EGR bleed-off water in a single separator module; DNV approved
• Models: 1200, 2500 and 5000 (l/h)
