eCore
All-in-one onboard energy management unit for catamarans and cruising sailboats of 35–50 ft, combining bidirectional charger/inverter, MPPT solar input, DC distribution, shore power and generator integration.
Description
The ePropulsion eCore is an integrated energy management system for catamarans and cruising vessels that centralises all onboard power inputs and outputs — propulsion battery, motor, solar, shore power, generator and house loads — in one compact unit. It supports fully electric and hybrid operation. eCore is presented as a concept demonstration; specifications may change before production.
System modules
- eCore 96VDC: bidirectional AC/DC charger and inverter, built-in MPPT solar input, direct connection to battery, motor and DC/DC converters, 12/24/48 V DC outputs, controlled via external 10-inch Smart Display
- eCore AC: shore power and generator inputs with automatic transfer switching, house load management, NMEA 2000 output
- Expansion ports for additional MPPT, AC load and DC load capacity
