Everllence Multifunction Monitoring System (MMS)
Modular monitoring system for four-stroke engines with up to nine modules covering bearing, splash oil and crankcase protection plus speed, exhaust, load, temperature and pressure monitoring.
Description
The Everllence Multifunction Monitoring System (MMS) is a modular sensor and monitoring solution for four-stroke engines, supporting predictive maintenance with early anomaly detection. Operators choose from one to nine modules, displayed on a single panel.
Safety modules
- Splash oil temperature monitoring with alarms and automated shutdown based on mean and maximum deviations
- Main and thrust bearing temperature monitoring with alarms and shutdown (thrust bearing use on Pielstick PC engines)
- Crankcase pressure monitoring with two-stage alarms and shutdown
Monitoring modules
- Engine speed with overspeed alarm
- Speed of one or two turbochargers with overspeed alarms
- Exhaust gas temperatures at engine and turbocharger inlets
- Engine power/load
- Temperatures and pressures of lube oil, turbocharger oil, HT and LT water, charge air, compressed air and fuel oil
Technical data
- Touchscreen graphic display; English, Chinese, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese
- Based on SaCoS technology; CAN interface, online connectivity
- Compliant with Lloyd's, RINA, ABS, RMRS, CCS, KR and DNV GL
Fleet supervision
A local supervision system can monitor all engines from one location, including MAN, Pielstick, Wärtsilä, CAT, Sulzer, Stork and other brands.
