Battery PowerPac BESS
Containerised LFP battery energy storage system for use on board or in port, 200–2,000+ kWh, DC or AC output, for emergency power, peak shaving, swappable battery operation and vessel charging.
Description
The eCap Battery PowerPac is a mobile, containerised battery energy storage system (BESS) developed by eCap Marine with Lehmann Marine for maritime use. It provides a flexible, scalable power supply on board or in port, with DC or AC output.

- AC design: 1,575 kWh, 690 V AC (50/60 Hz), 1,000 kW continuous, about 20 t, active water and air cooling
- Both: 6,058 × 2,438 × 2,896 mm
Applications
Emergency power during maintenance or outages, swappable batteries for vessels on tight schedules, extra machinery room capacity, reduced generator use in port and on the last mile, peak shaving and spinning reserve in channels or DP mode, and fast charging of electric and hybrid vessels.
