Integrated logging and playback for Høglund IAS: stores all signals every second for up to a year, replays all displays as live, with 100 ms fast data capture, 1 ms sequence of events and export.
Description
Høglund Playback is an integrated logging system with graphical presentation for Høglund integrated automation systems, used to troubleshoot incidents on board. All signals are stored in a history file, and in playback mode the operator sees all displays and trends exactly as in real time, can go back to any period, pause and step forwards or backwards.
Key features
- Stores all values once every second, with up to a year of history depending on disk size
- Fast Data Capture – selected signals (often PMS/EMS-related) stored at 100 ms intervals
- Sequence of Events – events timestamped on ABB digital input modules with 1 ms accuracy and stored in a dedicated SoE database
- Export – self-contained executable playback of a selected period, or Excel export of chosen signals with min/max/average values
