Wärtsilä Fleet Optimisation Solution (FOS) is a digital platform that combines navigational, operational and technical vessel data to help operators improve fleet performance, optimise voyages, monitor efficiency and support operational decisions. It brings performance monitoring, voyage optimisation, compliance reporting and operational analytics into one platform for onboard and shore-based teams.

- Onboard: route planning based on the latest navigational charts, built-in weather optimisation and fuel-efficiency algorithms, automatic alerts on unusual ship behaviour, pre-filled ship-to-shore reporting and ETA sharing with connected ports for just-in-time arrivals
- Onshore: real-time vessel tracking, post-voyage analytics, charter party compliance alerts and automatic stakeholder and statutory reports
