AvK DSG114
AvK DSG114 alternator with a maximum continuous rating of 5,940 kVA at 60 Hz (5,000 kVA at 50 Hz), 400-690 V, for marine, offshore drilling, prime power and other duties.
Description
The AvK DSG114 is a large low-voltage DSG-series alternator with a maximum continuous rating of 5,940 kVA at 60 Hz (5,000 kVA at 50 Hz). It uses a rigid steel construction with form-wound stator coils and flat copper rotor windings that withstand high vibration and load variations.
