FL-SP Torsionally Stiff Flange Coupling
Torsionally stiff, axially pluggable flange coupling for hydrostatic pump drives connecting internal combustion engines to hydraulic pumps, with SAE flanges and matching pump mounting plates.
Description
The FL-SP flange coupling from REICH is designed for hydrostatic pump drives, connecting internal combustion engines to hydraulic pumps. Its torsionally stiff design shifts critical resonances above the operating speed, allowing sub-critical operation without passing through harmful torsional vibration amplitudes.
The coupling consists of a clamping hub and a plastic-steel composite flange joined by an axial plug-in connection. The hub gives a backlash-free clamping connection on the pump shaft; the flange is available in various SAE sizes.
