Description

Flender flexible couplings are elastic, easy-to-assemble shaft couplings whose elastomer elements compensate for shaft misalignment and absorb impacts from motors or driven machines.

N-EUPEX pin coupling: universal damping coupling; nominal torque 12 Nm to 85,000 Nm in 23 sizes; –50 °C to +100 °C
N-EUPEX DS pin coupling: nominal torque 60 Nm to 21,200 Nm in 19 sizes; –50 °C to +100 °C
RUPEX pin and bush coupling: damping, fail-safe coupling for medium and higher torques; 200 Nm to 1,690,000 Nm in 26 sizes
BIPEX claw coupling: damping, fail-safe cam coupling; 21 Nm to 5,100 Nm in 13 sizes; –50 °C to +100 °C

AIQ Detect

Continuous wear monitoring for N-EUPEX and RUPEX couplings with speed measurement and rotation direction detection; for N-EUPEX A, B, BIC and H sizes 80 to 710 and RUPEX RWN and RWS sizes 105 to 2000; –40 °C to 75 °C, IP67, CE.
