Description
Nedstack PemGen hydrogen PEM fuel cell systems provide zero-emission electrical power for maritime, stationary and industrial applications, producing only water and heat as by-products. Maritime references include hydrogen-electric inland cargo vessels and hydrogen-powered dredging.
Models
- PemGen 3 – 1000 kW: modular architecture separating the fuel cell module from air supply and cooling; certified by Bureau Veritas and RINA for maritime and industrial use.
- PemGen M – 175 kW: compact fuel cell system built with heavy-duty automotive components for mobile and stationary use, with electrical efficiencies up to 54%; positioned as a zero-emission diesel generator replacement.
- PemGen M XXL – 1200 kW: standalone, containerised plug-and-play system with built-in batteries and radiators, designed for continuous operation (the source also cites up to 1.5 MW).
