MASCO Air Starters and Parts

MASCO air starters cover new MASCO M-Class starters, OEM Ingersoll Rand starters, remanufactured air starters, spare parts and prelube air motors and pumps for diesel and natural gas engines, including marine diesel engines.

MASCO M-Class starters

• MV T100-UT turbine: 348 ft-lb torque, operates on 2–10 bar, pre-engaged drive, dual rotor motor up to 80 hp, 54 lb
• MB-T100-UT turbine: inertia drive, 80–100 hp air or gas turbine motor, for engines up to 280 liters, 48 lb
• M SS800-UT vane series: 80 hp vane motor; M SS815 UT pre-engaged with 339 Nm at 3200 rpm; M SS825 geared for 15% more torque and 20% less air consumption; M SS810 with inertia drive
• CW or CCW rotation; balanced turbine nozzles, roller bearing transmission, anodized rotors and nozzles

Featured models

• Ingersoll Rand ST1060CP03R25 turbine: 90–150 psi, air or natural gas, replaces TDI T112 and IR ST900–ST750
• TDI T112-60031-01R (remanufactured): 80 hp turbine for natural gas compression and marine diesel engines, pre-engaged 12T pinion, right or left-hand rotation
• IR SS825GC03R25 (remanufactured): 75 hp vane motor, 300 ft-lb at 2700 rpm, for natural gas engines to 640 L and diesels to 320 L

• RE-START remanufacturing of Ingersoll Rand, TDI, Caterpillar, Trust and PowRQuik starters, each unit tested before shipment
