Description
The Isoflex IFC-4500IV-HT is a flexible gearbox coupling for 4-bolt gearbox output flanges. Isoflex couplings provide a sacrificial link designed to fail before gearbox damage occurs, allow controlled engine movement to isolate vibration and help alleviate thrust-induced driveline misalignment. Designed for marine use, they are also used in industrial drivelines. As part of the IV range, it is developed to operate in the tensile condition created by integral V-drives.
