Description

The BOLL High-Pressure Cleaning Unit Type 5.04 cleans individual filter elements, complete filter inserts and other components, keeping sieve meshes in good condition to avoid downtime. Adjustable pressure allows different levels of contamination to be handled without damaging the elements.

Configurations

Two sizes to cover the BOLLFILTER element range
Supplied with two interchangeable cleaning lances on a quick-lock coupling:
Type 5.02 flat-jet nozzle for most elements (star-pleated, basket and ring filter elements)
Type 5.01 rotary nozzle for the inside of screw-in and plug-in candles, e.g. heavily contaminated fuel and oil filters

Key features

Cleaning fluid (BOLL CLEAN 2000+ recommended) is continuously recycled through a micro-filter on the pump pressure side, keeping consumption low
