Flexible inner bearings with shaft seals for water-lubricated stern gear: ZWBH monoblock with triple lip seal (25–40 mm) and bronze versions with dual lip seal (25–60 mm), plus replacement seal sets.
Description
VETUS shaft seals are self-aligning flexible inner bearings with lip seals for water-lubricated stern gear.
ZWBH triple lip seal
- Monoblock design working like the ZWB seal, with a third lip seal for extra security
- Low friction; oil- and grease-resistant
- Separate ⅜" x 10 mm hose pillar for water injection; threaded connection allows a valve to be fitted
- Shaft diameters 25, 30, 35 and 40 mm
Bronze inner bearings with dual lip seal
- Front seal chamber packed with silicone grease
- Can replace bearings with conventional gland packing
- Shaft diameters 25 to 60 mm
Spares
- Dual lip seal replacement sets for older VETUS 25 and 30 mm inner bearings with stuffing box
Depending on shaft length, diameter and RPM, one, two or three cutless bearings are required.
