NACOS Marine Dynamic Positioning (DP) System
Dynamic positioning system that controls thrusters and rudders to maintain vessel position and heading, configurable from DP0 to DP3 and integrated with NACOS Platinum automation, navigation and power management.
Description
The NACOS Marine Dynamic Positioning (DP) system provides automated station-keeping and heading control for offshore and specialised vessels. Control algorithms manage thrusters and rudders to hold position and heading with high accuracy, and the system supports retrofit upgrades on existing vessels.
