Description
Lagersmit's flow meter is a non-mechanical digital flow meter for monitoring Liquidyne® seals and pump condition in applications such as dredging and cooling water pumps.
How it works
Installed in a pipeline from the pump, the meter logs flow without disrupting it; data can go to the data management system or be logged locally. As the grooves on the shaft sleeve wear, less water is carried over the sleeve and the drain flow decreases. When drain flow drops to 20% of the initial flow, maintenance is required.
