BRP Evinrude Engines Chosen by Campion Boats

BRP says that its legendary Evinrude E-TEC and revolutionary E-TEC G2 engines will now be installed on Campion Boats.

Campion Boats, which manufactures a versatile line-up of boats, is the latest boat-builder to sign with BRP since the introduction of the Evinrude E-TEC G2 engines this past June.

"Our partnership with Campion gives boaters more options to power with Evinrude E-TEC engines," said Alain Villemure, vice-president and general manager of BRP's Marine Propulsion Systems division. "Today's boating enthusiasts demand performance, best-in-class fuel efficiency and worry-free ownership, all pillars of Evinrude E-TEC technology, and we're excited about delivering these benefits with Campion Boats."

Campion Boats' line-up includes Chase high-performance boats, Allante sport boats, Svfara tow boats, Infinyte dinghies, Explorer utility boats and Reinell fish 'n' ski models, one of the most comprehensive line-ups in North America.

"Campion offers more outboard models than any North American manufacturer. Partnering with another industry-leader like BRP with their outstanding line-up of outboard engines is so natural," said Brock Elliot, of Campion Boats.

"I was pleased to attend Club BRP in June and was able to run the new Evinrude E-TEC G2 engine. I was extremely impressed by its performance and looked forward to rigging our boats with it. The excitement generated by the Evinrude E-TEC G2 engine will be extremely beneficial to both brands moving into the upcoming boat show season. This is a great opportunity for us to grow our dealer network in the U.S. and we look forward to doing so with BRP."

BRP's newest engine; the Evinrude E-TEC G2 outboard, features a striking new design, clean rigging and best-in-class fuel efficiency. BRP's full Evinrude E-TEC line-up from 3.5 to 300 horsepower offers customers superior value across a full range of applications.
