Description
Fleet Solutions, acquired by Curtiss-Wright in 2018, is a business unit of the EMS Division operating three DoD security compliant service centers dedicated to U.S. Navy work, all ISO 9001 certified by Lloyd's: Chesapeake, VA (45,000 sq ft) and a satellite in Mayport, FL (20,000 sq ft) serving the Atlantic Fleet, and Chula Vista/San Diego, CA (40,000 sq ft) serving the Pacific Fleet. Technicians overhaul units in the shop and travel worldwide to troubleshoot and repair equipment aboard naval ships, and provide installation, start-up and maintenance.

- OEM-authorized services meeting NAVSEA Standard Item 009-90 for Curtiss-Wright EPD Pumps, Ingersoll Rand, Ingersoll Dresser, Worthington, Howell Labs, Carver Pumps, Hellan strainers/hose reels, Marotta valves and Nash compressors
- Machine shop, field machining and electrical services; welding and NDT
- Sound, hydrostatic and vibration testing; double dial and laser alignment
- HP/LP compressor, blower, DBAC, dehydrator, pump and valve shop testing
