HamiltonJet JETanchor Positioning System
HamiltonJet JETanchor holds a waterjet vessel on a fixed GPS position or lets it weathervane around a virtual anchor point, integrated with the Blue Arrow control system. Up to three stations per vessel.
Description
The JETanchor Positioning System is a GPS-based station-keeping system for waterjet-propelled vessels, integrated with the HamiltonJet Blue Arrow control system.
Operating modes
- Fixed position – the GPS position is held automatically, more accurately than manual control
- Virtual anchor – the vessel moves around a virtual anchor (GPS point) so it stays comfortable during work
