DeAngelo Marine Exhaust, Inc. was incorporated in 1986, starting as a small fabrication shop in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It remains located in the marine and yachting centre of Fort Lauderdale and serves customers worldwide.

The company is led by Robert Montes, President, CEO and owner. Its facilities cover over 30,000 square feet for manufacturing and fabrication, design and engineering, parts logistics, sales and administration, with six full time engineers. Lead time averages ten days depending on the exhaust design, with emergency service on request.
