Leonardo DRS shipboard 115 VAC and 440 VAC power conversion equipment and UPS, including an N+1 redundant Zonal UPS (8 kVA, 450 VAC, 60 Hz) built to MIL-SPEC shock and EMI standards.

Description

Leonardo DRS supplies naval VAC power conversion and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) equipment that provides dedicated power to mission-critical combat and platform systems aboard surface ships.

Naval 115 VAC power conversion / UPS

  • Rackmount and console mount configurations
  • MIL-STD-1399 Section 300B Type 1; MIL-DTL-901 Grade A Class 1; MIL-STD-167-1A; MIL-STD-461

Naval 440 VAC power conversion / UPS

  • For 440 VAC input applications throughout the surface fleet, supporting single or grouped platform and combat systems
  • Bulkhead, deck or rack mount
  • Meets shock and vibration standards without special mounting provisions

Naval Zonal UPS (N+1 redundant)

  • N+1 redundant, hot-swappable 2 kVA power and battery modules
  • Manual and automatic bypass for uninterrupted operation
  • Nominal rating 8 kVA, 450 VAC, 60 Hz, 3-phase input/output; capacity adjustable in 2 kVA increments
  • Common modules reduce training and spares requirements
  • Battery health monitoring
  • MIL-DTL-24765; MIL-DTL-901 Grade A Class II
