Everllence Pielstick Engine Retrofits
OEM retrofits for Pielstick engines: SaCoS control systems, common rail for PC2-5 and PC2-6, electronic fuel injection for PA6, Engine Controller 2.0 and obsolescence management.
Description
Everllence Pielstick retrofits modernize Pielstick engines to extend service life, simplify maintenance, improve fuel efficiency and reduce emissions.
Retrofit options
- SaCoS control systems: fit all Pielstick engines; real-time monitoring and advanced control, integration with existing systems, protection against obsolescence
- Common Rail: for PC2-5 and PC2-6 main engines (marine and power plants); consistent high-pressure fuel delivery for cleaner combustion and better fuel economy
- Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI): for PA6 marine propulsion engines; precise injection timing, suited to vessels with frequent load fluctuations
- Pielstick Engine Controller 2.0: precise speed regulation; qualified for temperature, vibration, shock, EMC, seismic and ageing; certified for nuclear applications and cybersecurity
Obsolescence management
Everllence runs a dedicated obsolescence management organization and is an active member of the French Institute of Obsolescence, supporting risk identification and mitigation for installed engines.
