Description
Everllence Asset+ is a family of digital retrofit solutions for existing Everllence two-stroke and four-stroke engines, aimed at saving fuel, improving reliability, reducing emissions and adding monitoring functions.
Two-stroke solutions
- EcoTuning: software-based tuning of B&W engines to cut fuel consumption and emissions, no hardware modifications
- EngineVault: cybersecurity for main engine networks, including protection against USB-borne threats
- Load Optimizer: improves cylinder liner condition during load-up and load changes
- EcoTorque: governor update letting engine speed drift within a set range to avoid fuel fluctuations
- PMI ACCo: automatic closed-loop adjustment of fuel index and exhaust valve per cylinder; approx. 1.5 g/kWh fuel savings
Four-stroke solutions
- Start optimization of injection and speed parameters to reduce visible smoke at start
- Modular real-time monitoring of pressures, temperatures, speed and power, with optional stop-engine management
- Multi Fluid Monitor for continuous lube oil condition monitoring
- DLC+ data logging with network protection and remote capabilities
