DEUTZ at CTT

  • DEUTZ shows the TCD 3.6 L4 for the Tier 4 Interim emissions standard
  • Engines for the Tier 3 emissions standard in the 20–520kW power output range

Cologne-based engine manufacturer DEUTZ is exhibiting at CTT again this year, one of the leading trade fairs for the construction industry in Russia and eastern Europe. Taking place from 31 May to 4 June 2011, CTT features a diverse range of innovative, advanced construction equipment and technologies in an exhibition space of over 90,000 square metres. It is an ideal platform for the 650 exhibitors from 23 countries to access the Russian and eastern European markets.

DEUTZ AG is showcasing its broad portfolio of engines with a power output of between 20 and 520kW for the construction equipment sector:

Representing the new generation of engines for the Tier 4 Interim emissions standard, DEUTZ is exhibiting the TCD 3.6 L4 in the 50 to 90kW power output range. The watercooled four-cylinder engine has engine speeds of 1,400 to 1,600 rpm and generates a level of power comparable with that of a 4.5-litre Tier 3 engine. Two of DEUTZ’s classic engines for the Tier 3 emissions standard are also on show in Moscow. In the lower output range, DEUTZ offers the tried-and-tested TCD 2011 L4, which has a power output range of 23 to 74.9kW. This charge-air cooled four-cylinder engine features a compact engine design and an innovative and efficient injection/ combustion system.

For applications requiring higher output ranges, DEUTZ’s portfolio includes the TCD 2013 L6 2V. Designed for use in construction equipment, this engine is available with four or six cylinders and generates output of 74.9 to 243kW at engine speeds of 2,300 rpm.

DEUTZ AG’s presence in Russia encompasses a branch office in Moscow and more than 20 dealers located throughout the country, from the European part of Russia across to the Pacific coast.
