Chart Industries

Chart Industries, Inc. is a United States company with its address at 3055 Torrington Drive, Ball Ground, Georgia. The site traces more than 160 years of history back to 1859, from early heat transfer solutions for cryogenic liquefaction to current clean energy applications.

The group grew through acquisitions, among them AdEdge, L.A. Turbine and Earthly Labs in 2021, Fronti Fabrications and Cryogenic Service Center in 2022, and Howden in 2023. ChartWater was launched in 2021 for water treatment. According to the site, Chart Industries became part of Baker Hughes in 2026.

The stated vision is to lead in the design, engineering and manufacturing of cryogenic process technologies and equipment for clean power, clean water, clean food and clean industrials, a field the company calls the Nexus of Clean.
